Do you have experience providing fast and effective service to a variety of customers? Are you able to work well under pressure with a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Ripley Branch on a full-time, permanent basis.
The team supports the busy workshop by managing, booking, and maintaining job cards, ensuring they are accurately and efficiently processed in a timely manner. You will engage and communicate with customers, colleagues, and key stakeholders at all levels.
In this role, you will also support the parts department with ordering parts and subcontract work when required. Responsibilities include costing work, raising invoices from job cards/repair orders, managing cash and cheques for completed work, and charging parts used back to appropriate accounts. You will report on time, hours sold, statistics, and budgetary information as needed.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will work in a small, passionate team that values its members. Ideally, you will have some technical knowledge or administrative experience in a customer service setting.
