They’re seeking an MI Analyst to take ownership of how data is captured, processed, and presented across boroughs, contractors, and HRRCs. This is more than just reporting. The Opportunity Play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights for local government operations. Lead the day-to-day management of complex data streams and reporting tools. Work across teams to ensure data quality, compliance, and innovation through automation and better governance. Influence decisions that directly impact service delivery and environmental outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end flow of operational data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Liaise with boroughs and contractors to improve data quality, structure, and consistency. Create insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to support both internal and external stakeholders. Support the MI Manager in implementing best practice data governance frameworks. What We’re Looking For Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query or VBA. Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modelling. Experience with relational databases, ETL tools, and structured data pipelines. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Desirable Experience working in local government or public sector environments. Understanding of database design principles and waste management operations.
