Due to a new site in South West London, our client is seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to join the team. The role will require the critical appraisal of project drawings, pre-project start, and the ongoing management on the technical coordination.
The project consists of 270 units, RC Frame (high rise) - total value £75m.
Our client is seeking applicants with previous experience with a developer or contractor. Ideally worked on high rise residential developments (flats).
In return, our client is offering a basic salary of £65k - £70k + full package and bonus
