A growing business is looking to hire a Commercial Accountant to sit at the heart of performance, margin and decision-making.
You'll work closely with operations, sales and senior leadership to understand what's driving revenue, margin, cost and influence what happens next.
Responsibilities:
Produce monthly management accounts with clear variance analysis.
Partner with operational and commercial teams to review performance.
Support budgeting, forecasting and reforecast cycles.
Analyse revenue, margin and cost drivers across business units.
Build financial models to support pricing, tenders and investment decisions.
Track KPIs and provide clear, concise insight to leadership.
Support business cases, cost reviews and improvement initiatives.
Improve reporting tools and streamline processes where possible.
This role combines management accounting discipline with forward-looking commercial insight.
What We're Looking For:
Late part-qualified or qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA).
Strong management accounting and analysis experience.
Comfortable working with senior non-finance stakeholders.
Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site or product-led business is advantageous.
Commercially curious and confident challenging assumptions.
