Area Sales Manager - Homebased / Field Sales - West Midlands
Up to GBP33,000 + great bonus, company car & home-based contract

What you'll be doing:
1. Role model our Company Values / Purpose
2. Build and leverage strong customer relationships through a natural curiosity in the independent sector
3. Grow and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth against targets
4. Partner with your customers to understand their growth plans, add value, and offer a wide range of practical solutions and products
5. Understand competitor activity & proposals, ensuring you always offer your customers the best local solutions
6. Work proactively with the Business Development Manager to understand new customer requirements and ensure a successful handover
7. Act as a brand ambassador for Brakes in your local market
It goes without saying that you're highly service-focused, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, providing the best solutions to support and enhance their business. Tenacious and resilient, you're a self-starter with the drive and determination to succeed, with demonstrable experience of delivering against targets. You're also self-motivated to develop yourself continually, seeking improvement by leveraging and learning from a diverse range of skills and experiences, and participating in L&D programmes. This role offers opportunities for career progression into various commercial roles.
Additionally, you'll need to be confident with our modernisation programme and the new technology we are adopting to improve the customer experience and optimise performance. Experience with Salesforce, while not essential, would be advantageous.
