What you will accomplish:
* Grow eBay Live by identifying, securing, and activating high-value sellers that bring strategic relevance, operational readiness, and scalable impact.
* Drive seller performance by supporting GMV per seller, acquisition targets, and category strategies aligned with eBay Live priorities.
* Build and manage a healthy business development pipeline through accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
* Negotiate partnership terms and collaborate with Legal to draft and finalize agreements with sellers and inventory partners.
* Use market research, competitive analysis, and industry insights to identify emerging opportunities and category trends.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to support revenue targets, investment decisions, and overall marketplace value.
* Coach and develop Business Development Associates and Sales Coordinators by using performance insights to support growth, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
What you will bring:
* Experience in Business Development and/or an Account Executive role, with a demonstrated results-oriented approach.
* Ability to work toward performance goals that extend beyond GMV-based metrics.
* Experience collaborating with external partners and cross-functional internal teams.
* Strong relationship-building, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
* Analytical capability, including strong proficiency with Excel and performance reporting.
* Familiarity with common internet marketing methodologies and business models.
* CRM experience is required, with a strong preference for Salesforce.
