YOUR PLACE AT AXIOM
As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a creative, energetic and people-focused Training Manager to join our Truly Talented central team. Reporting in to the Learning & Development Manager, this is a portfolio-wide role based at our head office, with regular travel across our hotels. You will be the person who walks into a room and brings learning to life, designing engaging programmes, delivering impactful sessions, and helping build the kind of learning culture that makes people want to stay and grow with us.
HOW YOU'LL PLAY YOUR PART
* Design and deliver engaging training programmes and workshops across operational and leadership topics - bringing energy and creativity to every session
* Create impactful learning materials, presentations, activities and blended learning content that works in a fast-paced hospitality environment
* Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions across the portfolio, travelling to hotels as required
* Support leadership development and service culture initiatives in line with Axiom's service philosophy
* Work closely with hotel teams, GMs and HODs to identify development needs and support performance improvement
* Contribute fresh ideas and continuously evolve Axiom's learning offering - staying ahead of what works in the market
* Support onboarding and induction initiatives across the business, making sure every new starter feels set up to succeed
* Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) content, engagement and administration
* Help build and sustain a positive, people-focused learning culture across the portfolio
