Job Objectives
* Managing and administering NEC PSC and/or ECC contracts;
* Leading and developing project teams or work streams to deliver results;
* Ensuring high-quality delivery on client assignments;
* Building long-term trusted relationships with clients;
* Developing solutions and supporting tools and methods;
* Coordinating with service line teams, account teams, and specialists;
* Communicating effectively to ensure collaborative and quality delivery.
Desired Experience
* Experience working with UK Government and Local Authority organizations, especially Flood Risk Asset Management Authorities, Environment Agency, and Water Companies;
* Managing small to medium-sized teams collaboratively;
* Experience in project and programme management from strategic planning through delivery;
* Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders;
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional projects;
* Delivering projects in complex environments with safety and environmental considerations;
* Analytical and numerical skills for solving complex problems;
* Ability to produce high-quality outputs within tight deadlines;
* Motivated, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure;
* Excellent planning and organizational skills;
* Effective written communication and participation in meetings with senior clients;
* Experience with procurement and NEC contracts (preferred);
* Managing contractors, consultants, and advisors on civil engineering projects;
* Applying lessons learned and knowledge capture principles;
* Knowledge of CDM Regulations;
* Experience in Engineering/Asset Management;
* Driving license is preferred due to travel requirements.
Qualifications
* Project management certification (APM or PRINCE2);
* Degree or HND in engineering or construction;
* Professional qualification or near qualification with ICE, CIWEM, APM, or similar;
* NEC3 or NEC4 PM Accreditation;
* CITB Site Management Safety Training (desirable);
* Full UK Driving License.
