Senior Contracts Manager - Residential Developer - Maidenhead
We are recruiting for a Senior Contracts Manager to join a well-established residential developer delivering high-end new build homes and apartments in Maidenhead and the surrounding areas.
This is a senior leadership role overseeing multiple live sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high-quality finish. You will manage Site Managers and project teams while maintaining strong commercial and operational control across developments.
Key responsibilities:
* Overseeing multiple residential new build developments
* Managing Site Managers and site teams
* Programme and delivery oversight
* Commercial and budget control in conjunction with Commercial team
* Maintaining build quality to high-end standards
* Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across all sites
* Reporting to senior leadership and board level
Requirements:
* Proven experience with a residential developer
* Strong track record delivering new build houses and apartments
* Experience managing multiple sites simultaneouslyExcellent leadership and organisational skills
* Strong commercial awareness
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
