About the Team:
Our client’s Corporate Transactions team is internationally recognised for its expertise in public and private M&A, equity capital markets, and corporate finance. The London Public M&A team is at the forefront of the UK market, advising on landmark deals and strategic corporate matters for major clients across sectors including energy, infrastructure, financial services, insurance, healthcare, and real estate.
Recent mandates include:
* Advising on a major UK insurer’s offer for a FTSE 250 company
* Acting for a leading waste management group on its proposed takeover by a global asset manager
* Advising on a competitive takeover process for a listed logistics company
