Mechanical Engineering Lecturer Stockport | Further Education Salary: £30,000 - £39,000 We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanical Engineering Lecturer to join our team at a college in Stockport. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the marketing, planning, delivery, assessment, and internal verification of Engineering programmes across a broad range of levels, from Level 1 through to HNC/D. You will play a key role in supporting learners to achieve their academic goals and progress into further study or employment by delivering high-quality teaching, maintaining excellent student attendance, and ensuring a positive learner experience. The Role Deliver engaging and effective teaching across Mechanical Engineering programmes Teach across Level 1, Level 2, and T Level provisions, with opportunities up to HNC/D Carry out assessment and internal verification in line with awarding body requirements Contribute to course planning, development, and marketing activities Support learner achievement, progression, and overall satisfaction About You Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related discipline) Experience delivering Pearson and City & Guilds qualifications, including T Levels Teaching experience within Further Education or training is desirable Teaching qualifications are not essential - the College will support and fund the successful candidate to achieve the relevant qualifications through its continuous professional development programme.
