Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage all restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Oversee food preparation and production processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Implement training programmes for new team members, focusing on culinary skills, food safety practices, and customer service excellence.
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
* Updating and maintaining the till system.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage spaces.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members to encourage growth and development within the team.
