KPMG Law is seeking a corporate lawyer to join its expanding team in London to focus on legal solutions for a range of clients. The successful candidate will have experience in company law for example, M&A, equity investments and joint ventures and corporate reorganisations gained at a city practice.

Responsibilities
* provide corporate legal advice on a broad range of client solutions spanning corporate reorganisations such as post-acquisition integration and legal entity rationalisation
* build relationships with other KPMG teams and KPMG clients to develop and provide multi-disciplinary solutions
* project manage projects to conclusion
Qualifications
* English-qualified solicitor, gained in the UK at a reputable firm (other suitable international experience may be considered)
* strong academic, technical, and personal skills
* entrepreneurial self-starter with ability to provide multi-disciplinary legal services in a dynamic environment
* good technical knowledge of the Companies Act
