A client within the Public Sector based in South Yorkshire is currently recruiting for a Estates Surveyor to join their Estates & Asset Management Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing basis, with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within an estates, valuation, or property management environment. The Role The key purpose of the role is to provide professional valuation, estates management and surveying advice across the Council, supporting the effective management, optimisation and development of the Council’s property portfolio.
