This is a long-term position overseeing groundworks operations on a large-scale nuclear power plant development. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising groundworks teams, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety. Key Responsibilities * Day-to-day supervision of groundworks operatives and subcontractors. * Ensure works are carried out in accordance with site specifications and safety requirements. * Coordinate labour, plant, and materials. * Conduct site briefings and toolbox talks. * Monitor progress and report to site management. * Maintain quality standards and site records. * Promote a strong safety culture across the project.
