We’re looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our passionate brigade of BBQ enthusiasts. You will be responsible for the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, motivate the team during busy periods, and work towards becoming a Head Chef. Your role will involve leading the team to deliver authentic, fresh food and the best offerings from our Smokehouse.
