The Role
Quest Employment are recruiting for a Conference & Banqueting Assistant to join a busy and high-quality events team.
This is a hands-on role delivering exceptional service across weddings, corporate events, and conferences. Ideal for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service to guests
* Serve food and beverages to a high standard
* Set up and prepare event spaces (weddings, conferences, afternoon teas)
* Clear and reset areas efficiently after service
* Support smooth delivery of events alongside the wider team
About You
* Previous experience in banqueting/catering (minimum 3 years)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Professional, reliable, and well-presented
* Proactive and able to work as part of a team
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Must be 18+ due to alcohol service
* Due xsngvjr to the location, you must have a full UK driving licence and access to a car
