Overview
L'Oréal is looking for a One Luxe Store Manager. You will lead and develop your store team to deliver a world-class consumer experience and exceed Retail Performance Targets for the portfolio of brands in your store. You are an ambitious go-getter who thrives on a challenge, stays ahead of the latest beauty and retail trends, and seizes opportunities to maximize the performance of your store. You are a growth champion, passionate about coaching and developing your team to drive a high-performance and service-driven culture. You will monitor the store's performance closely and implement strong growth plans to ensure the portfolio exceeds targets and grows ahead of the market. As the primary ambassador of LOréal Luxe in your store, you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as store and department managers.
Responsibilities
* Lead a World Class Customer Experience: Deliver a world class Luxury Service Experience; coach and provide feedback so the team delivers exceptional customer service across all brands and touchpoints in the store.
* Brand Excellence: Act as a LOréal Luxe brand ambassador, providing a luxurious customer experience through personalised service and merchandising standards.
* Product Expertise and Storytelling: Demonstrate products, immerse customers in the brands' history, and offer tailored product knowledge, tips, and techniques to meet customer needs, including services across categories and beauty tech offerings.
* Foster Omni Experiences: Inform customers about upcoming instore events, promotions, and brand activations; represent LOréal Luxe brands and share expertise on internal and external social media platforms in line with company guidelines.
* Exceeding Sales Targets: Develop and execute retail plans to achieve and surpass store targets and KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and drive sustainable growth.
* Creating Engaging Events: Develop and implement a dynamic annual calendar of events and activations to create memorable experiences and drive growth for the store portfolio.
* Driving Innovation and New Business: Generate ideas and implement strategies to drive new business growth, leveraging product launches and brand anniversaries to maximise impact.
* Cultivating Client Loyalty: Build and maintain a loyal VIP customer base, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business.
People Management and Development
* Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment and selection for Beauty Advisors to build a high-performing team.
* Team Onboarding and Training: Lead onboarding and provide comprehensive training to immerse new team members in the LOréal Luxe portfolio and set them up for success. Drive ongoing development to enhance performance and effectiveness.
* Performance Monitoring and Feedback: Provide regular coaching and timely feedback on productivity, service levels, product knowledge, and selling skills; recognise achievements and identify areas for improvement.
* Performance Management: Track team performance, address underperformance, and implement improvements.
* Employee Relations: Address and resolve HR issues within the team, ensuring a positive work environment.
Operational Excellence
* Maintaining Counter Standards: Ensure Brand VM guidelines are implemented and embody the Luxury retail environment; uphold hygiene and housekeeping standards, keeping a clean and inviting counter.
* Teamwork and Training: Participate in team efforts and complete required training to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
* Administrative Responsibilities: Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks using designated platforms (Tamigo/One Retail).
* Stock & Operations: Maintain adequate stock levels with focus on top-performing SKUs, testers, and PLV management.
* Deliverables/Outcomes: Achievement of Retail Targets; Engaged High-Performance Team; Exceptional Consumer Experience; Development of Retail Acumen; People Management; Stakeholder Management; Coaching; Operational Skills & Management.
