NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a Talent Engagement Co-Ordinator to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first and to deliver against our strategic objectives.
You will bring our talent strategy to life through hands-on delivery, making every recruitment and onboarding experience feel simple, smooth and people-first. Provides the coordination and communication that keep everything moving smoothly, systems stay accurate and every candidate and hiring managers receive timely, professional support. It’s a key part of creating a brilliant first impression, keeping everything connected between candidates, colleagues and the business.
Every day you will …
1. Manages scheduling, documentation and communication throughout the hiring process for internal and external talent engagement activities. Supports the Talent Engagement Manager with executive or senior-level recruitment logistics as required.
2. Supports the creation and publication of engaging, inclusive role adverts and campaigns across all channels. Leads talent marketing activity including updating job adverts, career site content and social posts.
3. Ensures every interaction is professional, inclusive and aligned to our EVP. Provides first-line support for hiring managers and candidates, ensuring clear and timely communications.
4. Maintains up to date records within ATS, LinkedIn and HR system to support tracking and reporting. Supports data audits and ensure GDPR compliance in recruitment processes.
5. Support onboarding administration, ensure offers, contracts and preemployment checks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
6. Create and prepare recruitment and hiring dashboards and reports, highlighting progress, time to hire and diversity alongside other key metrics. Suggests and supports process enhancements that make the experience simpler and better for everyone.
7. Work with partners and stakeholders to keep campaigns on track and everyone informed. Track and support People Experience team with right-to-work verification, DBS checks and other pre-employment compliance processes
