Location: Onsite - Portsmouth, PO2, UK
Clearance Required: Active SC Clearance required
Citizenship Requirement: British Citizen with a valid UK passport
We are seeking a detail-oriented and SC-cleared IT Deployment Support Technician to support a secure device refresh project at a defence site in Portsmouth. This role involves assisting with laptop handovers, onsite logistics, and updating workflow systems as part of the migration team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Refresh Clinic setup and daily operation
* Move devices from storage to clinic location under supervision
* Log in to systems as instructed by onsite engineers or site manager
* Assist with laptop handovers and updates in the workflow system
* Escalate technical issues to Post Migration Support when needed
* Follow structured instructions and maintain secure handling practices
Requirements:
* Current SC Clearance (mandatory)
* British Citizen with a valid UK passport
* Experience in IT support or deployment projects is an advantage
