Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Beauty Therapist to join our fun, supportive team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in beauty treatments and services, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer care. As a Beauty Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through various treatments and personalised service. Whilst being part of a fun, hard working team that prioritises enjoying time at work. This job roll starts at 16 hours per week with the look of extending in December, with the idea of becoming more full time next year.
Duties
* Perform a range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, builder gel treatments.
* Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
* Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
* Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role is preferred.
* Proficient in builder gel application with an eye for detail, nail art would be a strong skill.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
* A relevant qualification in beauty therapy with at least level 2 skills.
* Gel nails qualified and confidence with using builder gel.
* Managing a busy work diary.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£36.94 per hour
