What You'll Be Doing:
* Planning and delivering engaging, curriculum-based lessons that inspire learning
* Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
* Providing tailored support to meet individual student needs
* Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, delivering clear feedback
* Collaborating with staff across year groups and trust-wide teaching teams
* Following school safeguarding policies and reporting concerns appropriately
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it
* Experience in a primary school setting
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* A strong commitment to supporting children’s education and well-being
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* A flexible and adaptable approach to working across different schools
