Senior Consultant - Real Estate Operations across PBSA, BTR, Co-Living & Later Living

This leading manager and developer of student accommodation provides homes for success to tens of thousands of students across the UK. With a portfolio of over 170 purpose-built properties in major university cities, they’re at the forefront of a booming sector.
You'll take the reins across 3 dynamic properties in Oxford, home to around 2,000 students, creating vibrant spaces where students feel at home, supported, and inspired. From leading energised teams to delivering flawless service, enhancing safety, and driving revenue, you’ll play a key role in setting the tone for an exceptional student experience.

* Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing, operational environment (PBSA, hospitality, residential, or retail).
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive financial, sales, and service performance.
* A proven ability to build inclusive, high-performing teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with managing change.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.
