Vehicle Sales Administrator vacancy in Cheltenham
1. Salary: £27,500 per annum.
2. Hours: 37.5 hours per week with some flexibility on start and finish times.
An exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Accounts/Sales Administrator has opened at our client's franchise-approved car dealership in either Gloucester or Cheltenham.
Reporting to the management team, Accountant and working alongside an accounts/administration team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and accounts teams, process vehicle orders, taxation and associated documentation, collaborate with the Sales Manager and Accounts Manager to maintain accurate order tracking records, manage a demanding workload, prioritising tasks to meet strict deadlines and maintain accurate sales records and databases.
The successful individual would be able to deliver the very highest level of administrative support through strong communication skills and very strong organisational skills, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (experience with Kerridge/Keyloop preferable). Previous experience in vehicle sales administration is highly advantageous. Familiarity with the motor trade, automotive, or car dealership industry is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right individual.
