The Role;
As Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple fitout and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will oversee projects from pre-construction through to handover, working closely with project teams, clients, and the supply chain.
Working in a close-knit, collaborative team culture, with a strong pipeline of work across Bristol and the South West. This is a genuine opportunity for progression and influence
Key Responsibilities;
* Oversee multiple fitout projects simultaneously (typically commercial, office, retail, or refurbishment)
* Manage and support Project Managers and Site Managers
* Ensure delivery against programme, budget, and quality targets
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Lead pre-construction input, programming, and value engineering
* Monitor commercial performance alongside QS teams
* Drive health & safety and compliance across all sites
* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure high performance across the supply chain
What we're looking for;
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager / Senior Site or Project Manager within fitout or interiors
* Background in commercial fitout, refurbishment, or interior construction
* Track record delivering multiple concurrent projects
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent client-facing and communication ability
* Commercially aware with strong understanding of cost control and programme management
