This dynamic law firm has an opportunity for you to work in its lively Residential Property team. Your role will include dealing with: Opening of new files Assisting with exchange Completions and post completion work Speaking with clients in person and by telephone Preparing and drafting legal documentation Handling searches As the ideal Conveyancing Paralegal candidate, you must: Have 12 or more months experience of working within a property department as a Paralegal Be happy to participate in networking events and business development from time to time Have a keen eye for detail and high standards for work output You will be working in a busy team of Paralegals and Conveyancers.
