Role and Responsibilities:
As a Support Worker, you will:
* Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes or community settings.
* Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
* Promote independence and support individuals to achieve their personal goals.
* Maintain accurate records and reports.
* Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Female Support Worker Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar care/support role is desirable but not essential.
* A compassionate and caring nature.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
* A valid driving license and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential
Female Support worker
20 Hour's per week.
About the service that you will work in:
We are looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Female Support Worker to join our friendly team.
We support four Female individuals with learning disabilities and epilepsy.
This is a rewarding role where you will make a real difference by supporting individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives and enjoy a variety of activities within the community.
Your role will include:
Providing person-centred support
Supporting with personal care
Assisting with meal preparation and feeding support
Helping with household tasks such as cleaning and cooking
Supporting individuals to access the community and enjoy activities
Supporting individuals with mobility needs, including wheelchair support where required
We are looking for someone who is:
Compassionate and patient
Flexible and reliable
Able to work as part of a team
Ability to working night shifts
Ability to work shifts every other weekend
Passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals and maintain independence
