Role: Asbestos Project Manager
Location: Manchester
Salary: 40,000-45,000
Additional Benefits: Car allowance, 33 days annual leave

Role Responsibilities:
1. Deliver site and office-based asbestos and hazardous materials projects.
2. Conduct asbestos management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
3. Produce asbestos survey and remediation reports, along with removal specifications.
4. Provide consultancy and advice in accordance with relevant regulations.
5. Assist in managing key client accounts and develop proposals for consultancy works.
6. Take on project management responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications:
7. Previous experience in asbestos-related activities within UKAS accredited organizations.
8. BOHS P402-405 Proficiency Modules (or RSPH equivalent) or Certificate of Competence in Asbestos.
9. A passion for advancing knowledge and career in the built and natural environment.
