What Youll Be Doing As the iSAMS Data Administrator, youll be the go-to expert for all things MIS. Youll manage, analyse, and report on data that helps the school make smart, informed decisions. Youll also support staff in using the system effectively and confidently. Key areas include: ?? Data & Reporting Create and share reports for student grades, admissions, medical tracking, and more Support extra-curricular planning, trip logistics, curriculum scheduling, and conduct tracking ?? System Support & Training Provide first-line support for iSAMS users Ensure data accuracy and consistency Deliver training on best practices, GDPR, and data use ?? Timetabling Support Work with senior staff to build and manage the school timetable Handle staffing grids, capacity planning, and room allocations Import and configure timetables within iSAMS What Were Looking For ?Experience with iSAMS or similar MIS (x-training provided if needed) ?Strong SQL or data reporting skills ?Great communication and problem-solving abilities ?Detail-oriented and highly organised ?Experience with timetabling (a plus, not a must) ?Commitment to data privacy and GDPR compliance
