Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Payroll and Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our finance team.
The successful candidate will:
* Have excellent communication and administration skills
* Have a questioning nature
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Be a team player
* Preferably have experience of an ERP system such as Microsoft Business Centre (preferable but not essential)
* Be competent using Microsoft suit
Overview of duties:
* Processing of weekly timesheet data onto spreadsheet and then costing onto projects
* Preparation of monthly payroll and input onto Sage
* Administering payroll queries
* Processing of supplier invoices including 3-way matching to PO, goods receipt and invoice
* Monthly purchase ledger review
* Reconciliation of monthly job costs from PO Records/BOMs to BC
* Assisting with supplier payments
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Assisting with the processing of supplier payment runs in accordance with our Supplier Payment Guidance document
* Ad hoc tasks as and when required and covering tasks within the finance department during annual leave
