This role supports the HR Manager in employee relations, HR casework, recruitment and maintaining compliance with safeguarding standards. Based at their Head Office in Kings Ripton, this position requires regular travel to their sites across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Day-to-day of the role: Advise and support managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management, performance and conduct. Assist with HR casework from initial advice through to resolution, ensuring consistency, fairness and legal compliance. Attend and support formal meetings such as investigations, hearings and appeals. Maintain accurate documentation and case records. Support hiring managers with the end-to-end recruitment process including placing adverts, screening candidates, arranging interview days, and providing feedback.
