About the Role

Your day-to-day will involve:
1. Providing one-to-one and small group support tailored to pupils’ individual needs
2. Helping to prepare and deliver engaging learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff
3. Supporting emotional, behavioural, and physical development, creating a safe and supportive space for learning
4. Building positive, trusting relationships that help pupils gain confidence and feel understood
5. Participating in outdoor learning experiences and educational activities beyond the classroom
6. Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and colleagues to ensure consistent and holistic support
Whether you're assisting with academic work or simply being a steady, caring presence for a pupil having a tough day — your contribution will matter.

8. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, supporting a range of learning experiences
9. A natural communicator and team player, able to build rapport with pupils and staff
10. Passionate about inclusive education and supporting young people with SEN
11. Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a dynamic school environment
