A field sales role covering Wales as a whole, you will play a crucial role in delivering year-on-year sales growth as agreed in the annual budget through the development of sales plans to support long term, sustainable growth in line with business objectives. You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers with the objective of generating sales and prospecting new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: * Develop business opportunities primarily with key electrical contractors, consulting engineers, interior designers, architects, lighting consultants, developers, housebuilders, and end user customers. * Facilitate direct/indirect sale of the Company’s products to existing and new wholesale customers. * Respond to and follow-up all Sales, Quotations and Projects. * To support and actively participate in training, sales presentations, light fairs, and trade shows as required. The Ideal Candidate: * A proven record of accomplishment as a sales professional demonstrating a strong ability to sell in the project space and build tight specifications for all available products. * Proven experience of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, ideally within the lighting industry. * Highly motivated with strong business planning and the ability to grow a pipeline from the ground up. * Experience of problem solving, technical selling and providing training to customers. * Strong experience of collaborating with Contractors, Consultants, Architects, and end Users. * Great energy! * A clean full driving license
