Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operatives – Nottingham
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s required for the start of the new season (March). This is a mobile role; pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on location.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a small team of grounds maintenance operatives in multiple commercial properties
* Work independently or within a small team to carry out planned maintenance or reactive work
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure maintenance standards and client satisfaction
* Ensure correct operation of hand-held power tools such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
* Perform vehicle checks
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience managing a small team
* Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
* Proficiency with hand-held power tools (petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.)
* Valid driver's licence
