This is not a transactional sales role; it is a territory management position requiring a deep understanding of the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for positioning the brand as a key partner within major UK construction frameworks.
Your focus will be on navigating complex stakeholder maps—from Tier 1 Main Contractors and Major Housebuilders to Groundworks Specialists—ensuring their solutions are specified and secured at the earliest stages of development.
What is Needed to Apply
We are looking for an established professional who understands the nuances of the Civils and Infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will possess:
* A proven track record of influencing senior decision-makers within the UK’s top-tier construction firms (major housebuilders and main contractors)
* Experience managing long-cycle project wins and negotiating high-value framework agreements.
* A robust background in Civil Engineering, Building Products, or broader Infrastructure sectors.
* The ability to operate autonomously, developing a regional "business within a business" and building a sustainable pipeline for the years ahead.
