Senior Commercial Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead financial and commercial management from tender through to project delivery
* Oversee contracts, procurement, risk management, and supply chain performance
* Manage cost reporting (CVR), earned value, and commercial risk/opportunity
* Represent commercial and contractual interests with clients and stakeholders
* Ensure governance compliance and drive digital/LEAN improvements
* Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial team
Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
* Membership (or working towards) RICS, ICES, or CIOB
* Proven experience in commercial/project management within construction
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
