Job Description
3. Posting & Reconciling invoices
4. Checking and posting stock and overhead invoices, includes raising queries with suppliers if issues arise
5. Supplier payment runs including monthly creditor reconciliation
6. Monthly bank reconciliations including nominal entry's
7. Daily banking reconciliations (shared) including nominal and PL postings.
8. Reconciling Reps and Company credit card expense reconciliation
9. Responding to supplier queries

10. An interest in pursuing a career in accountancy and finance.
11. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
12. A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
13. Good communication skills to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders effectively.
