What you will do:
* Support the Architecture function and Senior Executives by developing and maintaining an Enterprise Architecture aligned to Strategic objectives.
* Understand business requirements and drivers in order to establish an enterprise architecture that facilitates a robust and efficient enterprise.
* Work closely with business and other domain architects to understand and deliver the agreed strategic outcomes.
* Create roadmaps demonstrating a target state architecture and the various transition phases to achieve an end state.
* Act as an architecture design authority to ensure that all proposed architecture designs are compliant, fit for purpose, implementable, complete and meet the current and future needs of architecture.
* Enforce adherence to architectural standards/principles, specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc.
* Proactively provide feedback regarding methodologies, standards and leading practices.
* Provide guidance and governance to maintain and manage an enterprise wide process taxonomy and repository.

What you will need:
* Strong 10 years+ background in enterprise architecture, design and defining architecture frameworks for an enterprise
* Demonstrable aptitude for logical thinking which is effectively harnessed through learning new techniques and tools
* Good understanding of industry standards and best practices to define enterprise level technology roadmap’s over various viewpoints
* Understanding the mix of multi-channel, multi-product and multiple customer contexts
* Understanding the advantages and disadvantages of an enterprise architecture
* Strong ability to look at complex architectures and requirements to recommend a target architecture that is best fit
* Technical credibility and deep knowledge/understanding of some of the most challenging requirements
* Ability to quickly gain the confidence of the business and colleagues through good communication and influencing skills, simplifying complex messages.
* Proven capability to drive, govern and support establishing a mature architecture function
* Able to work at all levels: Enterprise, Business Process, Application and Technology
* Strong understanding of architecture frameworks and their benefits
