The role We are seeking passionate and skilled Registered Nurses with UK paid experience to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities:
* To deliver exceptional patient / resident centered nursing care
* To go above and beyond the expectations of the RCN and NMC
* CQC guidance along with quality and compliance awareness are key
Requirements for a Registered Nurse:
* Valid NMC Pin - no restrictions
* 6 Months UK Experience
* Previous experience in a clinical Nursing Role, preferably in acute care or specialty area.
* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centred approach to care.
* CQC knowledge, CQC, and compliance must be key.
