Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Able to work independently and remain calm under pressure
* Trustworthy, professional, and well-presented
* Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
* Basic IT skills for using hotel booking systems
This is a 30 hours per week role involving night shifts between 21:00 and 06:00
