The Role You will be the vital first line of defence for the internal team, ensuring the systems run smoothly and efficiently. Internal Tech Support: Provide troubleshooting and technical support face-to-face, via phone, web-based tools, and email for the internal users. System Setup & Repair: Assist with the setup and repair of the internal hardware and software systems.
