Working hand in hand with our Night shift Supervisor, you will roll up your sleeves and actively contribute to ensuring the seamless operation of our night shift.
1. Salary: £30,076.41 per annum
2. Hours: 40.25 per week
3. Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (rotational shift pattern)
4. Start/Finish time: 8.00 pm - 8.00 am
Location: Unit 200, Focal Point, Fleming Way, Crawley, RH10 9DF
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
You will:
5. Assist with the night's loading operation.
6. Support the Night Shift Supervisor in ensuring the night's operation stays legal and compliant.
7. Daily reporting including HHT Logs and transport logs.
8. Step up to cover Night shift Supervisor when required.

9. Possess a solid understanding of transport legislation.
10. Confident in people management.
11. Be able to navigate potential vehicle issues or damages.
12. Be a problem solver and make key decisions.
13. Have strong communication skills.
