School Governance and Admissions Officer
We wish to appoint a skilled and experienced team member to be the lead officer for school governance and admissions in Church of England schools across the Diocese. The post holder will work closely with the Director and Deputy Director of Education, schools, governors and senior leadership teams.

Location: East Sussex/Hybrid
Salary: £30,970 per annum (pro-rata FTE £44,242 pa)
Hours: Part-time, 26.25 hours per week (flexible working)
Contract: Permanent

The principal duties include:
1. Providing advice and support relating to school admissions to headteachers and school governors
2. Advising school governing boards and headteachers on issues of compliance and governance, including complaints and disciplinary issues
3. Developing and delivering training related to admissions and governance
