We are seeking two caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisors to join our friendly team at Red Hall Primary School. The successful candidates will help ensure our pupils enjoy a safe, happy, and well-organised lunchtime, both in the dining hall and on the playground. You will supervise children while they eat, encourage good table manners, support positive play, and help promote our school’s values of respect, kindness, and inclusion. You will also assist in maintaining a safe environment and respond appropriately to any minor incidents or first aid needs. Key Responsibilities Supervise pupils in the dining areas, playgrounds, and school grounds. Encourage good behaviour and positive social interaction. Support and engage children in play activities. Ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of all pupils during the lunch break. Communicate effectively with other lunchtime staff and teaching staff. About You We are looking for someone who: Enjoys working with children and helping them thrive. Is patient, friendly, and approachable. Can work well as part of a team. Has good communication skills and a sense of responsibility. Is willing to undertake first aid and safeguarding training. Please see Job Description and Person Specification for further details.
