Our aim is to provide good quality affordable homes across all our areas of operation. About the Role We are seeking 2 reliable and motivated Caretakers to work in our city centre development at Customs House, 28 Guild Street for a period of 12 months. You will work over 7 days a week on a rotational basis (4 days on, 4 days off). As a Caretaker, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day upkeep of the development, you will be responsible for maintaining standards of cleanliness and acting as a visible approachable presence for tenants. This role is key to ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our tenants. Early Shift 7.30am – 3.15pm; Late Shift 3.15pm – 11pm – some flexibility around shifts may be available and can be discussed at interview. About You Previous experience in a similar role. Able to demonstrate Planning and Organisational skills, including working on own initiative. Understands importance of maintaining confidentiality and experience of working with members of the public.
