Qualifications
* Educated to degree level with evidence of relevant continuous professional and managerial development.
* Proven track record of senior leadership.
* Strong knowledge of economic development, regional growth and regeneration policy.
* Extensive experience of partnership working.
* Demonstrable ability to translate strategic vision into delivery.
* Excellent political awareness and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven capability in programme management.
* Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
* Proven leadership and people management skills.
* Commitment to the highest standards of public service.
Employment Details
The team has adopted a hybrid working model with a mix of Llandudno Junction office‑based and home working. The salary range is £84,480‑£93,163 per annum plus membership of the local government pension scheme and generous annual leave entitlement. This is a full‑time permanent role with Ambition North Wales.
