The Head Chef of a multi-outlet hotel on the outskirts of Chesterfield is seeking a part time Breakfast chef. You will be required to work Saturdays and Sundays 7am to 3pm straight shifts. The hotel offers a buffet style breakfast service offering a wide variety of seasonal and continental options. Front of house staff serve the breakfasts so your role is to cook the breakfast items for between 60 and 160 covers. After breakfast service you will prep for the next days service and then assist with the afternoon tea preparation.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Breakfast Chef in a busy fresh food outlet is essential for this position. It is important that all chefs applying for the role have the organisational skills needed to cope with large numbers of covers when working alone under pressure. Due to the location of this property it is essential that all applications have their own transport.
