The Best Connection is currently recruiting an experienced Production Operative to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment in Featherstone (WF7). This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking for long-term employment with progression.
Working Hours
* Rotating shifts (Monday to Thursday):
o 06:00 - 15:45
o 15:45 - 01:30
* 37 hours per week
Pay Rate
* £13.00 per hour (rising to £14.50 per hour upon successful completion of training)

Key Responsibilities
* Operating and running the folding line
* Setting up and running machinery independently (full training provided)
* Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
* Working accurately with strong attention to detail
* Supporting production targets in a fast-paced environment
* Manual handling and lifting as part of daily duties

Requirements
* Previous production and manufacturing experience is essential
* Experience in quality checking is required
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good attention to detail and reliability
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
* Own transport is essential
