Nursery Manager
A position has become available for a Nursery Manager at a private children’s day nursery in Harlow.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years of nursery management experience, possessing strong management and leadership skills, as well as a sound working knowledge of Ofsted standards and the EYFS framework.
Position Details
Your role will include:
1. Overseeing the planning and development of the nursery setting
2. Promoting a safe, caring, stimulating environment
3. Supporting and promoting the provision of outstanding childcare
4. Supporting staff development
5. Liaising with the Local Authorities and other professionals associated with the nursery
You will ideally have:
1. Minimum level 3 qualification in Childcare such as EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE or recognised equivalent
2. Minimum 18 months of nursery management experience
3. Up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS framework and regulations
4. Comprehensive knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
5. Ability to identify priorities and meet outcomes
