If you're a patient-focused Treatment Coordinator looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, look no further than the Portman Smile Clinic Truro practice.
Working pattern is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday with typical shifts from 8 am to 5 pm, totaling 32 hours per week.
At this friendly 3-surgery, specialist Orthodontic practice, we care for both NHS and private patients.
About you
We welcome your application to our Treatment Coordinator vacancy if you have the following skills and qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor. Sales experience in a customer-facing environment is also welcomed.
* A positive attitude, empathy, and the ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues.
* Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and providing exceptional standards of care.
